Perfect for that morning burst of energy! PRO The pro class is designed to push you that extra mile, mixing between moderate to intense impact. Ideal for those that aren’t new to the workout .    Monday 7.00am - 8.00am Tuesday 8.00am - 9.00am 9.00am - 10.00am 6.00pm - 7.00PM Wednesday 7.00am - 8.00am Thursday 7.00am - 6.00am 6.00pm - 7.00PM Saturday 10.00am - 11.00am 5.30pm - 6.30pm NOTE Please sign up at least 24 hours prior class on our website or by phone. The classes are semi- private so the space is limited. If you can not make it to class you must cancel out of that training session with at least 24 hours notice. Evaluation Each of our clients gets a professional evaluation and is interviewed by our certified trainer during the “introduction stage”. Evaluation helps the trainer have a better understanding of which exercises are best for you and the goals you want to achieve. That way, every work out is specific to your body and the small group classes allow you to get the most benefit from the program!   Our regular class is a one hour, high energy, moderate to fast paste exercise regimen. INTERMIX fitness is designed to work out your entire body, giving special attention to each muscle group. The exercises are broken down through a series of techniques that focus on light to moderate resistance with maximum repetitions. In doing so, each client builds strength and stamina with minimum recovery time and maximum results!
